VQ Live Intensive Return Policy

Due to the limited-capacity and live coaching nature of this program, we maintain the following refund policy.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund of your $2,497 tuition within:

Fourteen (14) days from your date of purchase OR prior to the start of your selected cohort — whichever comes first.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

If your selected cohort begins within 14 days of your purchase, your refund window closes at the start of the first live session.

If you purchase well in advance of your cohort start date, your refund window will still expire 14 days after your purchase date.

2. No Refunds After Refund Window Closes

After the earlier of:

  • Fourteen (14) days from your purchase date, OR

  • The start of your selected cohort

All sales are final.

Because VQ Live Intensive is a live, limited-capacity program:

  • No refunds will be issued once your refund window has closed.

  • No partial refunds will be granted for missed sessions.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to attend.

  • No refunds will be granted due to scheduling conflicts or change of circumstances.

Your seat is reserved exclusively for you, and once your cohort begins, that seat cannot be reassigned.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling in VQ Live Intensive, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to attempt resolution.

Any chargeback attempt after the refund window has expired constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of program access

  • Collection efforts

  • Reporting to payment processors

We are committed to delivering a transformational experience and encourage open communication should any issue arise.

4. Program Transfers

Transfers to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to the start of your selected cohort but are not guaranteed.
